- Added a quick way to initiate Private Chat messages by selecting the text of someone's name in the Chat History if Private Chat is allowed.
- Added another way to initiate Private Chat messages by double-clicking someone's message in the Chat History if Private Chat is allowed.

- Ensured the Start, Pause, and Stop Presenting buttons are kept in sync when becoming the presenter through the use of the Participant List menu.
