Customer Service Representative
As a GatherWorks Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Department.
Description:
- Answering incoming calls, text chats, and trouble tickets and returning missed calls; no cold calling
- Answering sales questions related to products and services
- Basic technical support using scripted questions/answers to help resolve issue or escalate to the next level of support
- Answer basic account questions
- Escalate issues when needed, track progress and report back to customers
- Update customer notes on conversations
- Minimum of one to two years of consultative customer service experience
- Self-motivated, strong organizational skills and goal driven
- Working knowledge of web conferencing required
Web Developer
As a GatherWorks web developer, you will play a key role on our software development team, designing and implementing new and unique solutions.
Required skills:
- Java
- JSP
- Java Script
- eCommerce
- Database Experience
Additional requirements include: strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work well and contribute with a team environment.
Education: BS in Computer Science is required
Software Development Intern
As a GatherWorks intern, you will play a key role on our software development team, designing and implementing new and unique solutions.
Required skills:
- Testing of VoIP
- Testing of Web Conferencing
