- Workaround: Go to Tools | Preferences | General and enable Slow Desktop Capture Method.

  2. Change your desktop background to a Solid Color.
  3. Change it back to your original desktop background.
Clicking a link to enter the classroom does not dial the number automatically (for StudyPlace).
- Workaround:
  1. Control+Click the classroom link and select Copy.
  2. Click the phone to show the GPhone.
  3. Control+Click the number box and select Paste.

When sharing an application, moving other applications that are masked may become visible.
The Visible Applications window will sometimes take a moment to open.
- Workaround: Moving or clicking anywhere on the desktop may open the window.
When sharing the desktop or applications, the red outline will not always appear.

Mac OS X

GP4 will sometimes crash while quiting the program.
Double-clicking a session name in Planned Sessions will not start the session.
Top button bar does not always appear when joining a presentation already in progress.
- Workaround: Close the Live Session viewer window and click View Presentation.

When a presenter shares an application, tool tips from other applications will appear in the shared view area.

Java Guest

Vista

Having trouble with remote controlling a guest that joined from Internet Explorer 7 in Protected Mode.
- Workaround: Have your guests use a different web browser or follow the steps below.
  1. Close Internet Explorer 7.
  2. Right-click the Internet Explorer 7 icon.
  3. Select Run as administrator. [Note: This will disable Protected Mode.]
  4. Join the session again.
