| Frik Strecker, President and CEO

Frik Strecker is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of GatherWorks. Prior to forming GatherWorks, Mr. Strecker held various executive positions at First Virtual Communications including Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support and Vice President of Engineering at FVC, where he played a key role in the architecture of the Click to Meet family of products. Mr. Strecker held previous positions in Marketing at FORE Systems, including Product Line Manager, where he was responsible for video and voice over IP product lines. Mr. Strecker has more than 10 years experience in voice and video networking over IP and ATM networks. Mr. Strecker has experience in every aspect of running a business with a proven track record in software architecture and development, marketing and business development. Mr. Strecker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. |
| Fiona Strecker, COO

Fiona Strecker is the Chief Operating Officer of GatherWorks. Prior to joining GatherWorks, Ms. Strecker was the IP Services Manager at PictureTel Corporation. Ms. Strecker played a key role in PictureTel's transition from ISDN room systems to IP based desktop videoconferencing solutions. Ms. Strecker has over 15 years experience in the federal space and held several positions in Intelligence, Logistics, Personnel and Comptroller. Ms. Strecker went on to work for the Department of Energy in Germantown, Maryland. Ms. Strecker played a key role in designing and implementing large videoconferencing networks at the Department of Energy and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. In addition, Ms. Strecker has over 10 years of commercial videoconferencing experience. Ms Strecker holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Business Administration from the Thomas Edison State College of Trenton, New Jersey. |
| Holly Morales, VP of Marketing

Holly Morales directs GatherWorks' marketing activities and is responsible for all external communications. Ms. Morales has over 10 years of experience in the multimedia industry, including work in television and video production with Hearst Entertainment and AOL-Time Warner. She also served as Conference Specialist for Imark Communications, managing the "Broadband Year" conferences. Before joining GatherWorks, Ms. Morales served as District Manager for the Hillsborough County Conservation District, where she oversaw all aspects of public relations and marketing for the County. Ms. Morales holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in TV and Video Production from the City University of New York's Baccalaureate Program. |
| Brooks MacArthur, VP of Sales

As VP of Sales, Mr. MacArthur is responsible for worlwide sales of GatherWorks. Mr. MacArthur has over 10 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor, Networking and Software industries. Prior to joining GatherWorks, Mr. MacArthur sold for Avnet and Arrowpoint (acquired by Cisco Systems). Mr. MacArthur holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. |
| Steve Feinstein, VP of Customer Service

Steve Feinstein is responsible for GatherWorks' Technical Support and IT Services. Prior to joining GatherWorks, Mr. Feinstein spent more than 10 years at Sybase, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's web services infrastructure. He was also instrumental in the deployment of business process engineering, and sales force automation systems. He has extensive experience designing, implementing, and rolling out worldwide IT systems. Mr. Feinstein has more than 20 years' experience in Technical Support, Software Engineering, and System Administration. |
